Art Classes for Spring 2010 ~ You are invited to visit the first class before committing!
Art for Kids*
- Instructor: Diana Bidulescu
- Ages: 6 - 10 years
- Day: Monday, 5:30 - 6:15
- Dates: Session I: March 22 - April 19, Session II: April 26 - May 24
- Cost: $100 for 5 classes (session)
Course: Art for Kids is a club for all the children who love Art. This is a place where kids will have fun learning to draw familiar things. The class will consist of pencil sketching, charcoal shading, and contour shaping. The kids will learn the "recipes for success" in Art and will be able to create drawings that will make them proud! Come join the fun!
Supplies: Sketchbook (9x12), 4 pencils (not mechanical, please), pencil sharpener, eraser, charcoal. Please bring supplies on the first day of class. Please email if you have any questions at di.esco@yahoo.com.
Art for Youth*
- Instructor: Diana Bidulescu
- Ages: 11 - 15 years
- Day: Monday, 6:30 - 7:15
- Dates: Session I: March 22 - April 19, Session II: April 26 - May 24
- Cost: $100 for 5 classes (session)
Course: This sketching and watercolor class is designed for beginning to intermediate art students. The students will learn through step-by-step instructions the recipes to create valuable artwork. Due to the small number of students, I can provide individual instruction to those who have had some art instruction and are able to advance quickly. Come visit our first class.
Supplies: Sketchbook (9x12), pencil (not mechanical, please), eraser, sharpener, watercolor set (no brushes needed), charcoal. Please bring supplies on the first day of class. You may email if you have any questions at di.esco@yahoo.com.

Course: This class is intended for everyone, 16 and older, who would like to learn how to sketch and use shading techniques to create comprehensive and impressive images. We will focus on line drawing for the first two classes, following with shading techniques. The last class will be dedicated to composing images from imagination, based on realistic representation practiced in class and at home.

Youth/Adult Fashion Design*

- Ages: 13 - adult
- Day: Friday, 6:30 - 7:15
- Dates: Session I: March 26 - April 23, Session II: April 30 - May 28
- Cost: $100 for 5 classes (session)
Course: This class is for the Fashion Designer in you! You will learn how to transfer your fashion ideas on paper so that all can see! This class will teach you how to create a fashion sketch, how to use color and shading to make your creations appealing, and how to manage human proportion in drawing.
